RIch Poland is the most honest, hard working lawyer you'll find. No, I don't work for him, nor am I a member of his family. Although I do now think of him as a friend to our family. I first met rich several years ago as a desperate parent trying to navigate the nightmare of the legal system when my teenager was arrested and charged with a very serious crime. I was terrified when I got the call. I was 500 miles away and had no way to communicate with my child to find out what was going on. Rich calmed me down and promptly went to see my child, less than an hour after I first called his office. He was able to let my child know that I had been in touch and was on my way. This was before any discussion of fees are payment of any kind. It was simply what needed to happen and he just did it, right then and there. Sadly, it would a lengthy battle to get my son home and his record cleared but we did it. Poland was there every step of the way. Throughout the ordeal he was always available by phone and usually in person most any evening. He explained what was going on and listened to a lot of questions from this worried mom. His rates were far more reasonable than any attorney I am aware of and most importantly his heart is in the job.
