Richard McCluskey is one attorney to take off your consideration list. He does not return phonecalls. He showed up late for Court and had me pleading guilty when I was pleading no contest. I caught the mistake and changed my plea. No office help and tried to put his lack of communication on "I already explained it to you."

he never answer he just ask money when is about the money he have time but when you ask about case he never answer he just play with you he don't care nothing and never give you explication dont give him money he will take your money and never give you a call back dont be stupid to hearing him

Richard was kind on th phone. He was ready to answer any question I had after hours which spoke volumes compared to these "corporate money machines" Calm and direct and had great follow through. Worst Attorney I’ve ever dealt with in all my years Zero knowledge tries to come off as a friend, but he’s not a friend. He’s the worst attorney I’ve ever seen absolutely does not know his job at all and does not care about the client at all stay away from this person he should have his license revoked. ZERO STAR !!! WORST ATTORNEY SAVE YOURSELF the AGGRAVATION & MONEY HE HAS NO IDEA WHAT HE DOING GO TO SOMEONE ELSE !!!

It's a hard no. Their definitely should be a zero stars option. Just save yourself. I see lots of 5 star reviews and wonder how. He is very unprofessional and lacks basic communication. Richard never once made any suggestions on what I could do after emailing for months. I finally said forget it, I would like a partial refund, he said he completed my paperwork so I am not subject to getting any of the $1200 back. I asked for the paperwork. I never saw one shred of what he said he did for me. He did not send me the paperwork he said he completed on my behalf but sent me a link to file a formal complaint to arbitrate for my funds back.

My experience with My McClusky was great! Very informative throughout the whole ordeal. I recommended him to my son and he fought for him too! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a family attorney.

Richard McCluskey was absolutely wonderful, he helped me with payment plans and helped me regain custody of my son from my own mother. He ensured me I'd regain full custody of my son I had lost custody of for 4 years, I was doubtful because my mother was fighting me relentlessly to keep temporary custody but thankfully he was right and came through when no one else would. Deserves Zero stars. Would have better off using public defender from the start, ended up having to anyway since this crook never even showed up to represent me. This guy is a complete SCAMMER Absolutely No communication! Scheduled multiple phone appointments to call at specific times, which he deliberately missed every single one.. never answered for any of the phone appointments which he himself consistently agreed to then Failed to commit to. Never even showed up to represent me, Despite having already been paid! Never contacts me, avoids all of my calls, just stole my money & ranaway with it. FINALLY was able to contact him through a diffetent number, he agreed to refund me HALF (even though he did Nothing for me!). It's been almost 2 weeks & STILL NO REFUND! This guy is a crook and a thief, and absolutely should be avoided! At this point all that's left is filing a grievance complaint against this Scammer.

Yeah this disgusting bag of trash burned me years ago before he had his own firm. It sets an example for those who don't yet understand how immoral and unethical our legal system is. Instead of being disbarred, or jailed, he does better in life. This type of parasitic behavior is rewarded in this backwards society. As an honorably discharged combat vet, I can honestly say that I've lost any pride or respect for this nation. Not because of the pond scum like this that has risen to the top, but because of the citizens who've blindly let it happen. Anyway, you'd do better to represent yourself.

Unsatisfied with his legal representation. He never had the appointed person served at any given time. Lied about everything he was doing, he also use my petition I put to the circuit court, personally. This false lawyer is only out to get your money and set you off on another court date. He even sent my appointed lawyer a Fraternity document when my name is on my child's birth certificate. He one of the worst lawyer I've ever encountered.
