Attorney Lester helped me with a personal injury incident. She was very responsive via phone and email. I never felt out of the loop. I have had a lot of attorneys, and she was one of the kindest people I have met. She went above and beyond the call of duty, and got my settlement faster than I expected. I never felt like I wasn't a priority. I highly recommend Attorney Richelle Lester.

I wouldn’t recommend her at all. I don’t know if she’s too busy, or just doesn’t care! Serious lack of follow through, poor communication, and general lack of professionalism.

Because of this attorney my grandmother wis forced to be buried with her husband’s last name. Between her and the judge the process of divorce took over 2 and a half years. She required constant handholding and check ups to get things done. Her communication was terrible and her lack of empathy for my grandmother will never be forgotten. I pray that no one ever has to go through what we did. We would NOT recommend her.

Atty, Lester is very professional, but didn't file paper work on two occasions. I had to call several times before she responded. She may be a good attorney, just not for me and I won't be recommending her to anyone.

Richelle was very responsive, helpful, and honest which I really appreciated as a person who knows zilch about the law. I was immediately impressed when she answered my call after hours - she patiently spent time explaining things to me in simple terms and was very open about implications of our decisions around will & estate planning, would recommend 100%!
