I am appalled by my initial phone call to try to make an appointment with Attorney Kiel. I called the office to specifically make a consultation with Attorney Kiel, the man that answered the phone had broken english which was fine, I could understand him perfectly, but I don’t think he could understand me. He stated he was going to ask me a few questions about my disability, and he would have the attorney call me to set an appointment for the consultation. After a half hour uncomfortable conversation, he tried to diagnose me stating well, maybe you don’t have a mental problem. maybe you are not taking your medication maybe you didn’t state you have diarrhea or constipation. I stated please don’t go over the Dr summary with me. You haven’t even read the physicians chart! I had to interrupt him five times to stop trying to diagnose me. This man blatantly argued with me, interrupted me and talked over me. He went as far as comparing my disability to his surgery that he had, you cannot compare your surgery to my diagnosis. I am in shock of how he was speaking to me almost as if he was a physician. I unfortunately wasted a half hour of my time explaining to him please, I only called to make a consultation appointment with the attorney. I am in the appeals process. I have a spinal cord and impingement cannot walk or sit. I have to lay down with support of my neck. He said well maybe you’re not taking your medicine he said maybe you didn’t state how long you need to lay down. I said look I just want an appointment with the attorney so I can discuss it with him. He was talking over me every time I tried to correct him. It was the most uncomfortable and unprofessional conversation I’ve ever had with anyone that especially claims they are a paralegal. I ended the conversation with, if you are the paralegal to this attorney, no way I would want attorney Kiel’s firm to represent me. I cannot stress enough, how unprofessional this phone call was, and it makes me believe that in fact, he is not a paralegal he was posing as one. I hope no one else has the same experience I had with calling this office. I am totally surprised that this attorney Kiel would even employ someone like this.

Robert Kiel and his team are amazing! It can be very frustrating while waiting to hear. They always listened called me back and helped my husband get approved. I have very little patience and they kept telling me to be patient. The patience worked. We are just awaiting final things but i have complete faith in Robert and his team. Highly recommend them!

The team at The Law Office of Robert Kiel is above average at best!!! I have been working with them for several years and they have always been consistently supportive and encouraging of my case….. My experience with Mr. Robert Kiel was very positive. Mr. Kiel, as well as his assistants, were thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. I had excellent access to Mr. Kiel, and he was very helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. I was even able to speak to him at night, which was very convenient for me. Also, Mr. Kiel spent a lot of time with me in preparation of my hearing. After speaking to him, I knew what to expect at the hearing. When the time came for the hearing, there were no surprises. It was very obvious to me that Mr. Kiel was very experienced and knowledgeable, at his profession.

The guy that answers the phone is not professional, I spoke with him 8 months ago he said to call him back when I get denied. Today I did that and he's not professional at all. He thinks he knows everything about my medical condition and clearly don't. He should be fired. I've broken 7 vertebrae's in my spine and have a titanium bolt in my lower lumbar he says I'm not disabled. Because I don't go to doctors every month due to the fact I was homeless for 5 years.
