Mr. Toale and his right hand man Justin took my case and put my mind at ease, went to every court appearance in my place and ultimately got my case dismissed. No non-sense, straight shooter that gets the job done.

I had an opportunity today to witness a true master craftsman at work. Or was it work? Seemed more like lunch honestly. A sly cat playing with his food. I had court/trial today and it was time for one of the officers to testify. Had he known what was about to happen to him I don't believe he would have been so nonchalant about the ordeal. "CLEARLY" he was not prepared by the people on his side of the table because for the next however long it took, I watched Mr. Toale with an unnerving calm in his line of questioning produce within the officer visible self doubt about what he so previously was certain about. To the point where I (and I’m sure others in attendance ) began to feel a little cringe for him. Sorry almost. Every inquiry more or less an indictment. Every response damning. More damaging than the last. I was the one on the defense side of the table but felt more on offense than anyone on the other side. That I can promise. I'm proud of what happened today and grateful for the choice I made in who I allowed to represent me in this critical matter. I hope I never need the services of an attorney for a critical moment like this ever again but, if I do, the choice for me is etched in stone–Robert Toale....

I found Robert Toale here on google just as you have, and I can say wholeheartedly that you can stop looking, pick up the phone, and hire him. Robert is a very caring individual. He didn't see us as just a job. My husband has medical issues, and Robert always asked about his health before every meeting. He actually cared about what we were going through. His assistant Justin was also an amazing person to work with. Very professional but also down to earth. They'll be with you through every step, reassuring you and laying out all of your options. Our justice system is a scary labyrinth to maneuver through alone. Most public defender just see you as a win or loss. Robert sees you as a person. In my opinion you couldn't find a better individual to represent you. I know it's scary to put your family's well-being in someone else's hands, I've been there. Walking into his office the first time, I was a ball of nerves. Playing out scary scenarios in my head. Robert's calming manner set my worries aside. We went over everything, and he explained what to expect next. I know everyone's case will be different from ours, but he was able to get our case dismissed, and we will be forever grateful to him and Justin for the work that they did for us. arrested and jailed 4 days and nights I was a nervous wreck. I can’t believe how great Robert Toale is! They were trying to put me in jail for seven years, even though I got my life together. He fought for me for over a year and they eventually gave me probation. I don’t even need to see a probation officer I just need to pay some fines and fees.
