I have been calling multiple times a day for over a week know and have left messages and no response back....

This guy is the biggest joke there is!!! He bully’s and talks down to and lies straight to your face ! Like other reviews he does that absolute bare minimum and lied to me on several occasions about facts in my case. When I called him on it he told me I was a no good drug>>>> user that I was a liar and just trying to find a way to avoid taking responsibility for my actions

This guy does not care to help he will tell you what is simple for him to make easy money he will never remember what he tells you it's true he shows up late to court hearings and he doesnt care to fight for your case he will tell you to except pleas so it's easier for him on paper work to make a buck please do research for yourself be prepared to advocate for yourself. Ask ask for a diff attorney this man does not care about giving you the truth if you have a chance to win a case or any questions you have he will miss lead you and he needs anger management classes. He has hurt and ruined people's lives.

The worst attorney ever. He should be disbarred. Beware of this guy. He doesn’t show up for court dates and if he does he is not prepared at all. The district attorney even makes jokes about him. That says a lot. Mr. Medina should be ashamed of himself.

Mr Medina did not help me at all he talked me into taking a plea deal it's like he is on the DAs side worst lawyer ever my life is ruined now had me take a plea for charges I didn't do I would not recommend this attorney don't waste your money on him he did not fight for me now I have to live with charges I did not commit

Great attorney. He really has your best interests at heart. By far the best public defender in Clackamas county

My court date today has been cancelled and I didn't find out from my lawyer

He was always very short with me the times I could actually get a hold of him. When deciding what to do with my case and explaining the plea offer he neglected to tell me multiple things that were in the offer including restitution payments. I asked him multiple times if I was loosing my licence and he told me no even though in the deal I was loosing it for 1 year. He neglected to tell me about A WHOLE charge that I was being charged with. I asked him if he would counter offer the deal asking for the DA to drop the felony to a misdemeanor, he came back saying they said not at this time but that once I successfully completed probation it would drop to a misdemeanor. He told me it was a good deal because it was a package and so I was only paying fines on one charge and there was only probation on one charge. Only after I plead in court and the judge was reading me back the details of the deal did I find out about there being fines and probation on both charges, restitution and the extra charge. When I brought it up to him he was extremely rude to me saying that the only reason I was saying anything was because I was about to get sentenced, admitting that he had neglected to tell me about the restitution fees but he wasn't sure about the rest and what did I want him to do. A year later when I am about to get off probation I find out that the crime being lowered to a misdemeanor is not in the judgement I call him and he tells me he never said that to me and he has no notes of that. I explain to him that, that was the only reason I took the deal and how we had, had issues before about his negligence of properly informing me of the details he just kept asking what I wanted him to do. He did not care about me or what happened to me and admitted to his negligence but what did I want him to do??

Is never shown up to any of my courtdates would never answer the phone when he finally did he was rude to me and then he requested that I get a different lawyer without even talking to me first

Do not hire this man if you actually need someone to advocate for you and if you enjoy your freedom. He is a terrible attorney and should be suspended or disbarred for misconduct and breach of ethics. Not only did I fire him, a complaint is in the works.
