I got in touch with Mr. Scott Bell last August 1st. He laid out the best path for me. His assistants were super informative, really thorough, and always picked up my calls and answered my questions. If he was busy in a meeting, they’d shoot him an email right away about whatever I needed. This whole process has been amazing. I filed for bankruptcy on September 26th…. Then had trustee meeting 10/17/25. Then was discharged by 01/20/2026! It was the easiest, smoothest thing ever, and they helped me out every single step of the way. This firm has now sent a BK notice to my credit card companies and my mortage company. Only catch I am not filing BK. They claim they are not doing this but yet I now have 3 creditors suspending my accounts because a BK filed by this attorney. I call and they claim they are not sending out any notices; yet now it's 3 claiming they are so... Clients beware seems like they have some pretty bad case managment or paperwork. UGHH
