Scott McDaniel, the Attorney really helped me during a very hard time in my life. I failed to get approved for disability on my own. I was working as a sick person and getting sicker and sicker. I found Scott McDaniel. The first hearing was during the pandemic so we did our hearing over the telephone. I was so impressed with the way he represented me. It felt great to have someone so articulate and caring on my side who really knew how to navigate this system honestly. I really was not able to do any of this by myself as my cognitive impairmemt worsened. When it finally came time for our next turn for a reconsiderstion, Scott answered so many calls and texts from me and my husband. Scott prepared us well. So well that I won my case. I could hardly believe it when i got the approval letter in the mail. I dont have to work as a sick person anymore! Oh and every person I sent to Scott, whether stranger, friend or family was also rewarded Disability, for their case, as well. This is a good guy, no dishonesty or negativity or high horse. He is a very professional yet a warm hearted friend who really does a lot to help others.

Can you give zero stars? He did NOTHING! After sending over years of medical records, proof, verification, at court he said one comment. And then, the worst part, when we were supposed to attempt a retrial, I worked my butt off, had ALL the evidence, called him and asked about our progress after almost 2 years said 'OH, I'M NO LONGER YOUR ATTORNEY', I LOST MY LIFE AND HE TELLS ME THIS!!! When did THAT happen!? BAD BAD BAD BAD LAWYER! I would have found another.
