This attorney shouldn’t be in practice. Unprepared, doesn’t respond to emails, phone calls and honestly has no clue how to navigate Dallas County to help good fathers. He brought his young daughter to listen to circumstances of the case and the only way I could set up a sit down was to offer him free breakfast next to his office. A disgrace to all good fathers screwed by a system that works together

As someone else mentioned in a review, Scott is a phenomenal attorney. From the start of my case till the end he was very assertive and attentive to the needs of the case but also to my needs for information. If you do what you’re suppose to and what he tells you to do you’ll come out on top. He was very professional and explained everything in great detail and looked and analyzed every avenue of approach to my case. I would definitely recommend Scott to represent you.

As a school teacher, it is hard to find a lawyer that not only cares deeply about his clients, but who also has a heart to defend women. Mr. Ruggiero fought for me in a just and caring way. Never left me alone and made sure that I was well taken care of during a very difficult time for me and my son. I highly recommend his firm.

I am almost 20 now so I have been able to get in contact with my mom. I asked her why she never tried to see me. She said she did, she hired this lawyer who did nothing to help her. She said she was poor and just kept giving this guy money and he wouldn't do anything on her case. Not even call her back. Then my mom got really sick with covid. After covid she became sicker, and wasn't able to hire another lawyer. I am upset because of my dad keeping me from my mom. Him and his family caused some of her mental illness. They took me away from her when I was 5 years old. I hated her for leaving me. They said so much bad stuff about my mom to me. I may never get to see my mom again in real life. All this guy had to do was his job while my mom was healthy enough to fight. Now she had to move to get into an affordable hospice to care for her that is far away. This guy doesn't care about families or helping you. He doesn't even care to just do his job.

Can never get ahold of him, doesn't call you back. No updates on case and does nothing on your case just takes your money

Nope don't do it waste of money and got nothing. BTW go look at the people who leave 4 star reviews, they leave similar reviews on other attorneys. Like verbatim Christian Bold how many lawyers do you need insane. Scott is a scam and should be disbarred from practicing law. I suggest if you have been scammed like me and all the others in the comments go file a complaint with the Texas Bar Association. I did!

Phenomenal attorney who will leave no stone unturned when looking for a resolution for any problem you throw at him. Extremely resourceful and knowledgeable. Helped me on multiple issues including real estate, lease agreements, and others. I will continue to utilize Scott's services as I have always been satisfied.

During my divorce, I feel bad for his secretly, I’m sure she is tired of covering for him. He told me my divorce would be done in 90 days. I believe it took 3 years. It got to the point I decided to text his secretary once a week. Then I decided to text her everyday. Then I finally put them in a group text and text every single day. This pushed me to giving up and losing money just to get it over with. RUN.

If you want an attorney who is going to take your money, do nothing they promised you, and then ghost you- this is the place for you. As far as I’m concerned Mr Ruggiero stole my money.

Interviewed several attorneys and each one I felt rushed. Each one has same script but Scott was different. I went for what I was expecting to be quick introduction and was prepared with all I needed to tell him as quick as possible but I had totally different experience. Scott is a real person, real and upfront and did everything he said he would. He didn’t play the dirty card in my custody case and presented the facts. His wife was the bonus to it all! She was there in court and such an amazing support to my family !
