Poor service over the phone. The lady I can presume is the call attendant has a very snappy attitude. Would not recommend calling them or emailing them whatsoever. Simply wanted a consultation on a case and they were very annoyed over me simply asking a question. Unprofessional at best. Will contact other law firms.

Scott Righthand and his team have been impressive since the inception of our suit. Their knowledge of the law and courts is encyclopedic. Their compassion and patience are worthy of sainthood for the entire team. My case was very complicated and long-term, spanning six years and morphing from a personal injury suit to (sadly) wrongful death. Throughout the process Scott and the team were communicative, skillful, and caring. I cannot imagine having better support or getting a better outcome than I had with this firm. Their fees were fair and commensurate with the industry. I would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone who has suffered a wrongful injury.

Brittany is not only an expert in her field of law, but equally important, understands the emotions and the people aspect of what I was going through - she was available for questions, explained things in layman’s terms and coached me through the process to achieve the best results.
