I had a terrible experience with this law firm. I signed a contract only for my personal injury claim, not for lost wages. My lost wages case was separate with the Maryland Insurance Administration because I couldn’t work for three months after the accident. Despite my clear instructions by calls and emails don’t close my lost wages, the attorney settled the entire case and lost wages for zero compensation. When I refused to sign the release, he told me my lost wages didn’t matter for him and gave me one week to sign or he would terminate the contract, send the check back, and leave me stuck with his fees and medical bills. This attorney did not act according to the contract and forced a settlement outside its scope. Beware: he will settle your case however he wants, even against your instructions, and leave you with no options for your other claims.
