Shane was representing my brother for a work related injury. Of course, my brother's employer was extremely difficult and there were so many obstcales, but Shane never gave up. Unfortunately, my brother passed away before the insurance company started paying my brother his permanent disability, which he deserved. Shane continued to fight and represent my brother and ultimately was able to get a portion of the permanent disability.
