As someone completely new to court matters and unsure of what to expect, I am extremely grateful for the representation I received from Ms. Shannon and her assistant, Robin. From the beginning, they made the process easier to understand and ensured I was kept informed every step of the way. Ms. Shannon handled both my family law case and my domestic violence case with exceptional professionalism and care. She did a fantastic job on my domestic violence case, and after 14 years of living in fear, I am finally free from my abuser and able to take control of my life. That outcome means more to me than I can fully express, and without her, I truly do not know what I would have done. I am not sure where some of the negative reviews come from, as my experience was the complete opposite. The office consistently provided updates whenever there were new developments and handled matters in a timely manner. While Ms. Shannon can be difficult to reach at times, which is understandable given her caseload, either she or someone from her office always followed up. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this law office. The level of service I received exceeded my expectations, and I am truly thankful for their support during such a difficult time in my life.

Dont waste your time or your money. Back in January of 2024 I had my 2 youngest daughters for over a year in my care full time. Mom had abandoned them for drugs. I talked to Shannon who made a great pitch about this was going to be an easy case and that she would be able to take care of it. So I pay her retainer and expect to hear something within a few weeks. Fast forward to August of 2024 and I still had not stepped foot in a courtroom, or had anything filed by Shannon. There had been some email exchanges where I had tried checkin in with her to see what progress had been made. So in August I recieved a bill for over 8k for those emails and was told that unless I paid that, Shannon would not be filing anything. She filed a notice of withdrawal after I sent her an email requesting a breakdown of that bill. Long story short, earlier this year I decided just file for full custody myself. Which I was granted at my status conference hearing (first hearing) by default, because mom didnt respond or appear. Shannon is just another scam artist taking advantage of father's by claiming to be a father's rights attorney.

Shannon and her assistant have been nothing but fair and reasonable. I don't think it is reasonable to wait to see if your case goes in your favor to review. my case is not over yet however thus far they have done everything I have hired them to do and seem to be fair and honest. Best of all I feel as if I am treated with courtesy and respect from Shannon and her assistant. I feel she works in the best interest of the children and and appears to have a very clear understanding of what that means. That is important to me. Thank You M/M S.

I met with Shannon six months ago and am still waiting on my simple will. She won't respond to me via email after multiple attempts. Biggest waste of my time.

Shannon is simply the best. She friendly. She knows how to get things done. She helped me with my divorce. Her prices are low and fair. I recommend Shannon to everyone who needs an attorney. 5 stars all around.

Shannon and Robin are amazing women, they are Quick and efficient, I had little time and they had worked on it and reviewed my case, went on a Friday and Monday came and she was willing to take my case. Thanks so much Shannon and Robin for all you have done. A lot of these post with bad reviews are lies, I have called many times and every time they picked up and if not the answering service picks up then they call with in an hour or so. Ps thanks also for listening to me vent as I think it's annoying but you listen to it lol

Worse lawyer in Spokane and it’s not close. She caused an inseparable divide between my ex wife and her family because she failed miserably at mediation. Stay away from this person. My kids have suffered tremendously as a result. My lawyer was great but Shannon is a terrible person to put it kindly. I came out good from the deal but my kids have suffered and it’s unforgivable. May she burn in hell for eternity.
