The best lawyer in town! There is no other lawyer who will work on weekends and vacations to meet clients needs! This 3.5 star review that she has is not true! Her office is well designed and she has the strongest passion and work ethic out of any lawyer out there! Shannon truly cares about her clients! She gets the job done! All these negative reviews are FALSE! Shannon is the best lawyer in town. Also, she has never committed crimes or ID theft. Other lawyers have wasted my time never settling my case but Shannon GETS. THE. JOB. DONE. And does an amazing job. please do not rely on fake and false reviews from years ago. Give her a call. Shes the best, and most hardworking lawyer in the land.

Shannon and Leticia were effective and timely in creating a prenup for me and my partner, and then reviewing/finalizing it. First draft was sent within a week, and they have been patient with back-n-force communications with the other side of the agreement. Given a tight timeline we had before the marriage date, Shannon's office delivered what I needed and I am very happy with the process and outcome. Kudos to the professionalism as well as an option to electronically sign documents - a time and energy saver.

My experience with Ms Shannon Stein is that her pure interest is making as much money as she can and her conscience is silenced. I cannot recommend her services for any person looking for justice. Her hands are “staeined” in red…. Truth will come in the light one day.

I'm mailing letters to everyone in San Jose to show other judges and lawyers what this Woman has done, in addition to defamatory of my character and Theft, and ID theft. With thr assistance of a lawyer named Renzi and Ortiz, they lied to the cops, docs involved and more but I have pics and Videos exactly showing that she Lied and it's going to the state bar than everyone's home. My Son Agrees.

Shannon is a great attorney who helped me when I was dealing with an extremely difficult custody battle. It’s not only that Shannon is a great lawyer, she is also very compassionate. I had a consultation with Shannon and I was in a desperate situation. I sought her input for my hearing which was the next day. She gave me advice - that I followed and the judge made an order that day based on the info I provided. Shannon did say that I should look for someone in the county Im in but I told her from the experience I have had I wasn't comfortable. She understood and asked that I reach out after to let her know how things went and then we could talk about her representing me. I didn't hire her but she also did not have to take the time to give me free legal advice. I am going to take her advice and find someone near but I would have liked to hire her because she seems to actually care.

This woman and her team are Insane. They have Falsely accused me of Multiple crimes I HAVE never EVER committed and They continue to do ID theft. This place Has to be disbarred and their corrupt assistance with Santa Clara PD will end. I actually have Real evidence that I will be posting publicly shall they fail to provide real evidence and continue to false information. Stein, Canada knows you are lying the DA here cannot approve your documents. They are FALSE. All of them. And I Indeed Can not only disprove your accusations I can rebuttal. If you don't withdraw I will SUE you. And disbar you. And your associates. And Publicly.

Shannon and her team helped me negotiate through a complicated and difficult divorce. I truly appreciate and value the work that she and her team did in my behalf. Through out the process she exhibited poise and competence and always had solid advice.

Shannon has been a great help to me all thru my divorce process. She stood by me in the initial months when my confidence was at the rock bottom. She fought for my rights and share despite my resistance due to a depressed state of mind. The only issue I faced was a delayed response in certain weeks. But that’s understandable as she is a busy professional and often away to court for whole days.

Shannon was a compassionate, resourceful and respectful attorney throughout a complicated custody dispute. She helped me navigate and win the move away our children needed to thrive. She advised on how to organize my case, manage the evaluation process, and deal with various legal issues thrown in along the way. Her calm and consistent strategy helped me close a difficult chapter and I’d strongly recommend her help for family court matters.

Shannon massively overcharges, and you will continue to pay with no end in sight and sub-par work. After spending $12k and no end in sight, I cut my losses and got a different lawyer who had to fix a bunch of mistakes that could have opened me up to legal issues down the road. Not only did the new lawyer do about 3x the work that Shannon did, but cost 1/4 of what Shannon charged. As an example of an overcharge, I questioned a paralegal charge on my invoice for a phone call and her response was “oh I had the paralegal listening in on our phone call to take notes”. It got to the point of not wanting to ask a simple question, because I knew she would charge a 15min block + maybe a paralegal :/

Shannon is empathetic, professional and a straight shooter. I would recommend her to anyone.
