I was satisfied with Mr. Davis and his office getting my case settled.

My youngest daughter and I were involved in a car accident. Were a nurse rushing to work. Ran a red light and T-boned the passenger side of my car were my daughter was sitting. This very unfortunate incident resulted in my youngest and I being taken to the hospital. Come to find out it opened a valve to my heart which is now left with a minor leak. And cause me shortage of oxygen during daily activities. Leaving me exhausted before the day is even over. Post accident I contacted the “Stan Davis” attorney office seeking help and guidance on my case. The initial contact with the attorney started off promising. But very quickly after the communication faded. And the attorney seemed agitated if contacted. After one full year and a few months a settlement was finally reached. I was called to come sign documents for the settlement. Which then I was told the amount of the settlement. After getting a second set of eyes from another attorney. We noticed that there was a little bit over 160 dollars extra that was deducted from the original settlement amount without my knowledge and consent. After contacting the attorney and bringing the issue to his attention. He then became aggressive. Not only with his tone but also with his words. At this point all I knew to do was write a review online. Which I did. But after doing so he contacted me with more aggression. To the point I really felt threatened by his words. As he stated “if I did not remove the review, then he can make things happen.” Not only was this inappropriate but also unethical. I am taking the chance and making everyone aware that this firm is not worth the risk or hassle. There are far more ethical and professional firms out there.

Stan’s the man. I never give reviews but this dude is awesome. I was hit from behind on the interstate by a large truck and they tried their hardest not to pay what was owed. Stan got me The compensation I was entitled to. Very professional. Very personable as well. I hope I never get hit again, but if I do, I’m going back to Stan.
