If you are an Ohio-based prospective/current/past franchisee, know that you do not have to use an Ohio attorney (OH does not have laws specific to franchises). Dub took a $3000 retainer, made a couple of phone calls then pushed me to take what he acknowledged was a bad deal. When pressured, he admitted he hadn't read the FDD or Franchise Agreement - and refused to do so. I did not file a complaint with the Bar Association because they prohibit speaking about the complaint, and offer no transparency regarding the investigation.
