I contacted Mr. Leffler about my case and he was quick to get back to me and set up a consultation. He even had documents ready for me about my case even before I hired him. He and Mr. Tim were always helpful and let me know everything that was going on about my case and even let me know what may happen moving forward. He always showed up to court with me and helped me every step of the way. Any questions or concerns I had were always answered honestly. Mr. Leffler and Mr. Tim Norris are an amazing team! When I first called, I spoke with Mr. Tim and we were on the phone for at least 20 minutes. I was panicked and he did everything he could to help me feel more at ease. Throughout this whole process, we have been updated every step of the way. If we have questions, they are there with answers. Mr. Leffler has gone above and beyond for us and fought battles for us he shouldn't have even had to fight. They were absolutely amazing! They were amazing from the first time that I called them. They were quick with responses and did everything for us. With 3 different cases going on in 3 different counties, we seriously felt at ease the whole time. We never had to worry about the next steps. Before reaching out to them, we were stressed about the whole thing, but after the first phone call we felt at ease that quick. When I say we didn't have to do anything, and they took care of everything I mean it. Going to court multiple times means having to take off of work, but they made it were we only had to be in the court room 3 times total for all 3 cases. They went to court for us all the other times. As most of us wish we would never have the need for a Federal Lawyer I found my family needing one. I contacted this firm with a very unique situation. When I moved back to the mid south after living out of state for a few year I registered to vote and was denied. The election commission had false information that I had an out of state conviction that I did not have. I have never been arrested in the state in question. . Within a day or two Tim got in contact with me and said he would investigate and get back to me. Tim was very timely and prompt with following up with me and the entities involved with my case. I can't say enough good things about Tim. Once the proper documents were in place and the state received and reviewed them the false information was removed from my record. I registered to vote again and received a call that my voter registration was approved. I would recommend this firm to anyone needing lega assistance. This was taken care of without anyone having to go to court. I would loved to have met Tim and Steve in person to personally thank them for all their hard work on my case and a successful outcome.
