Mr . Auerbach was truly some help today. I’m not a person so set on monetary. It’s principles & morals & character. Women don’t have a voice in the workplace. When you have messages from the owner saying I was truly being treated unfairly, hurt on someone else’s negligence, spreading rumors amongst others things . Having a person working for a pay rate other than what you stated is stealing Labor.. People don’t work for free . I’m starting to think there are truly no rights for female employees in kitchen of men . I’m set on the integrity & honesty of the people we work hard for All your complaint’s goes unnoticed.. There was not an office location which made me leary. Did not have a paralegal which also made me leary. Appeared helpful at first and then was very unprofessional. Response was "if you're still planning on going forward with this litigation, I'd like to have your signed paperwork (without me following up with) by the time I return- if not sooner. I thought that was a bit unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend The reply must be automated because I never scheduled any consultation once I received that unprofessional message. Also I was never referred to any other attorney. I ceased communication after I felt the responses were a bit unprofessional. In fact I felt rushed to make a decision which wasn't a good feeling
