Words cannot express my gratitude to Attorney Wallace, her assistant, Rebekah, and receptionist and IT extraordinaire, Rakeem. I wasted my money hiring two other attorneys before finding Tamela Wallace. I won primary custody of my son as a result of Ms. Wallace’s ability to organize evidence, and tell my story in a clear and concise manner. I felt that she truly cared about me and my case. She is diligent, charismatic, and articulate. I cannot thank God enough for leading me to Tamela Wallace and her excellent team. Rebekah was instrumental in gathering and organizing all of the evidence and Rakeem always was personable and made me feel like family. Do not recommend. Attorney backed out 85% through the process. All I did was ask for transparency and information concerning my case and did not receive. I was told I should watch my tone on EMAIL communication, flatout ridiculous. Attorney has to many clients and cannot meet individuals needs. It’s a money scam with this firm at the end of the day.

My experience with Tamela Wallace's Law Firm was a great experience during a difficult time. Their team is truly dedicated to providing excellent service, making me feel confident that my case was in the best possible hands.

I reached out for a child support consult, but my experience with Ms. Wallace’s office was extremely frustrating. Sad part is she has helped so many within my church and is why I reached out. On 7/15, Rakim told me I couldn’t proceed with my consult due to my mailing address (considered Union county) but residence in Mecklenburg County which I didn’t understand and promised to follow up after speaking with Ms. Wallace, but he never did. Unanswered calls, finally was able to reschedule consult with Rakim for 9/10. On 9/10 to make payment he states I can’t be sen due to missed 7/15 consult (which is not true). Asked for office manager, no response, came in person on 9/10 informed the office manager Christina about my concern and what I was informed. On 9/11 I had to call back in at 4:36pm being that she did not follow as she stated. She then informed that Ms. Wallace stated due to my email inquiring about what the $500 consultation fee entail (which I thought was an valid inquiry) and the alleged “missed” 7/15 consult (which I did not miss). The front office demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism, communication, and follow-through, leaving me feeling unsupported and dismissed.

She consistently fabricated stories, twisting facts and falsifying information to craft a narrative that suited her agenda. This deceitful behavior was not only unethical but also deeply troubling, especially in the context of sensitive child custody matters. Tamela's aggressive demeanor was another major issue. She was consistently disrespectful and confrontational, creating a hostile environment that was both unnecessary and unprofessional. Her lack of respect extended to the courtroom, where her behavior was shockingly tolerated. This was particularly disheartening, as one would expect a higher standard of conduct in legal proceedings involving children. Moreover, I observed a suspicious pattern in her online reviews. Do you need THE absolute best in a divorce atty? Do you want someone who has absolute experience and teamwork down pat? There is no better than Ms Wallace and her paralegal the whole firm is great! As someone who has witnessed pure legal magic time and time again in the courtroom watching her practice she is nothing short of amazing. I guess if you lost to her you may want to make up stuff to make yourself feel better.... Leave bad reviews and such, HOWEVER, I think that good attorneys like to work WITH her and not against her. - Source - 26 years in the clerk's office observing MANY lawyers practice in trials. I don't think that I would want many else in my corner.
