Terrible firm. I had a consultation that took almost a month to see someone and after being rescheduled by Alexis Jordans secretary. I paid $250.00 for a consultation with a lawyer that declined my representation because she is not a Greene county lawyer when I told that our case is Greene County. The consultation was supposed to be for 1 hr. Our visit lasted 45:minutes and ended with her saying to call a lawyer that is now retired. And has since refused to respond for any further help as she promised she would.

I had the opportunity to work with Andrea Pate during a very challenging time, and I couldn’t have asked for better representation. Even with her busy schedule, she made time to take on my case and immediately showed her commitment. From the very first hearing onward, Andrea proved herself to be professional, transparent, and incredibly dedicated. Our experience with Alexis Jordan has raised serious concerns about her professionalism, neutrality, and commitment to the child’s best interests. Despite being presented with extensive, credible evidence from the child’s school, healthcare provider, and a licensed private investigator—showing chronic school absenteeism, missed medical appointments, and the child not residing with the custodial parent—the GAL ultimately reversed her initial concerns offering no justification for the change. The father, who brought these matters to the court’s attention through the appropriate means was unfairly dismissed throughout the process. Since the case concluded, the situation has only worsened. The child, now 13, was failing multiple classes and had the worst attendance in school—issues that only began to improve after the father stepped in and began holding them accountable. Additionally, the child has obtained illegal piercings and a stick-and-poke tattoo while under the mother’s care, further highlighting the unsafe and unstable environment. Compounding these failures, they now routinely attempt to undermine the father’s court-ordered parenting time through deception—another issue Alexis ignored despite extensive evidence. At the conclusion of the case, both parties were charged additional fees, yet the GAL never provided a written report or even a summary of her findings despite multiple requests. After waiting a sufficient amount of time to see if this situation would improve due to Alexis’s claim that there were no true concerns - except the email address the information was sent from - we can confirm that the concerns were valid and still are. We will be looking into proper channels to report this Guardian Ad Litem so she cannot cause such negative outcomes in the future.

I wouldnt go anywhere else. Attorney Brook Demm is the best at what she does - she is successful and efficient but also so caring which adds a personal touch to your case.

Couldn't comment on one attorney, so leaving it here. Can't speak for the whole office, but ms satchell tried to do her job, only to fall very flat. Anyone who says they love family law, doesn't love family. Any attorney who works in family law will tell you how awful it actually is, because it's not in the best interest of the most vulnerable, our children, yet she speaks about how much she loves family law. Weird flex. Has weird notions around coparenting and will laugh when shown hard evidence and refuse to look at it.

I want to combat all of the negative reviews on here stating that Alexis Jordan is a "bad or "new" attorney. A dear friend of mine had a CPS matter in which Alexis was her court appointed attorney. Alexis went above and beyond for her! She truly cares about her clients and reuniting parents with their children! She worked diligently and always believed in her client. Without her the children would still be in the system. She is a fantastic attorney! You are absolutely blessed if the court appoints her for you, there is no one better! If you are privately paying, Alexis is great to hire! There is a rumor that court-appointed attorneys work for CPS and will only do what CPS wants them to do. Totally not true with Alexis! She saved the children's lives and gave them futures to thrive with their parent!

Andrea Pate was professional, courteous, and got the job done fast, efficiently, and was cost effective. I have also used Mr. Clapper from this firm with the same positive results. I would recommend and would also use again if required.

Well I can say for sure do not use them, especially Alexis Jordan. She asks what you want and when you tell her, you get a letter saying she's withdrawing from your case. She's worthless. She also has less than a year experience from what I read. No wonder she withdrew. She's a joke. I'll make sure this goes on Google maps for anyone looking for a family lawyer. It's pathetic and unprofessional that's for damn sure. Asking her to ask a judge for a simple lie detector test is not that hard to do especially if I'm willing to pay for it. Wow, just wow.

Alexis Jordan has been a poor representation of a lawyer. She had even advised me to sign a document that could have incriminated me falsely. Just to move through the processes faster. She seems to be more worried about representing the state rather than her client. She has not kept me informed throughout this case. Might be because she was appointed by the state, but after seeing a comment below, I don't think so. The case is ongoing, but I don't foresee this shipwreck getting any better.

This company will rob you blind they don't care about you or your case they just care about making profit!! They will continue to harass you about your payment ,they will make you do majority of the work so they have lease amount of stuff to do as possible, extremely overpriced for anything they do!!!! Brooke and Miranda do not know what they are doing!!

Andrea Rosser-Pate is so awesome best family law matter attorney in Greene County!! She took action very quick and fast for me and my daughter and got things accomplished at Court!! I had an intense divorce case looking like trial for the first 3 months. I submitted my settlement agreement to her and within 4 days boom she had me in the office to sign everything. 3 days later she had everything signed for opposing counsel as well and entire settlement completed. If it wasn't for Andrea I would still be sitting here because my ex's attorney was so clueless for the entire case. Andrea is a rock star, the best, and I give her 150% recommendation to anyone needing family law representation. If you want results call her because you won't be disappointed. Also she gave me a credit on my account and didn't charge me for everything like alot of attorneys do. YOUR THE BEST Andrea!!!!
