UPDATE 10/09/2023:<br>Mr. Sabo, <br><br>Thank you for updating your review to a more favorable one! However, your text message did say you would remove the review once you received the remainder since it was based on a misunderstanding. As you saw when we shared screenshots, within 45 minutes of you requesting a refund, a full refund was initiated, yet the credit card processor deposited them 2 days apart, which was out of our control. <br><br>In 45 minutes, our office accomplished 1) Receiving your request for a refund, 2) Initiating the 95% refund for a cancellation per the terms, 3) A discussion between our front desk and management to override the terms due to special circumstances and 4) Initiating a refund for the remainder balance.<br><br>Unfortunately, you did ask for a refund at 4:30PM on a Friday, which was probably the reason why the credit card processors took so long to refund your money. I understand that it is very upsetting and even infuriating to feel as though you have been wronged and that's why we put a lot of emphasis on customer service and doing the right thing. <br><br>We should've taken steps to ensure that we've gotten in touch with you and directly told you what was happening. However, it was late and after hours on a Friday and we were unable to reach you so our front desk left a voicemail instead. Unfortunately, that voicemail never reached you.<br><br>Again, we appreciate the opportunity to serve you. We're sorry things didn't go as planned or intended. Please check your records. When you first asked for the refund, it was refunded 95% per the terms of the consultation terms, which you agreed upon. The reasoning is that we have to pay processing fees.<br><br>However, our front desk representative whom you were speaking with explained to us that because she assured you that our attorneys could help and the main reason why you scheduled the consultation in the first place was because of her assurance, which turned out to be wrong, then ultimately it was our mistake and you should received a full refund.<br><br>Thus remainder was refunded to you that same day 29 minutes apart. Our records show that both transactions were made available to you on 09/30. It would be much appreciated if you were to check your records to verify that you have received your full refund. <br><br>And since your review was based on a misunderstanding, it would be much appreciated be you would kindly remove this 1-star review.<br><br>We will also contact you shortly to discuss this matter in private.
