Law Office Of Thomas E. Shinton

This law office is both unethical and unprofessional. They go to hearings unprepared every time. Mr Shinton would be on his phone not paying attention to what you say and he just charges. He charged me for a whole case of appeal then he dismissed it without even telling me. When my opposing party got the news he contacted me and when I called the office they denied that they dismissed the case. I had another office look up the records and I was shocked when I saw on the court documents that it was dismissed by them. When I texted him he was making unethical excuses. In another event I had hearings and I was in court when his office called and said the hearings were cancelled. I saw the opposing party going to the court room . I asked the officer and confirmed that I have a hearing. I called back to office and they sent me another attorney who doesn’t know anything about the situation. I lost a lot of money because of this office and their unethical and unprofessional conduct.

Mr. Shinton has been an incredible attorney to work with. My case was extremely complex, emotionally charged, and beyond draining. It involved the passing of my mama, an incomplete living trust, as well as conservatorship of my dementia father and my special needs brother.
