My husband and I used Tony Pitts for estate planning and to file our wills. Mr. Pitts was prompt, responsive and very courteous. I appreciated the way he explained all the procedures and options. I would highly recommend him for estate planning.

This guy did a partian action case regarding my mom residence and the power of attorney that was done in his office with my mother that was deemed incompetent by her Dr because of her Alzheimer’s. She signed legal paperwork after the Dr’s report. I would by no way ever used this attorney, I also turned him into the state bar and the Secretary of Texas in regards to him using his notary for these documents.

$400 for 30 minute consultation. What a joke. The lady who called could not answer my questions on what exactly was needed. She went straight into the cost of a consultation.

I used Tony several times over the past few years and he has been excellent. His fees are reasonable and about right for legal services. He has helped me several times and each time came out with a posituve result. Great lawyer, nice guy. I recommend Tony Pitts.

I called Mr. Pitts, and we breifly talked about what was going on. he suggested it would be eaiser to meet in person, once I recieved all the docementation. When I called back staying I had it all. Tony, easily scheduled an appointment which worked for both of us. When I went into his office, he was very genuine, kind, considerate of my feeling. He asnwered all my quesions, made me feel like I wasn't going to fail in life. He then gave me an order to what I had no order in. We finished, he said I could call him if I needed him again, so far I haven't had to call back. But if I need another lawyer, I would call Tony!

I contacted Tony to request a consultation on modifying an existing lease, since I'm a first-time home buyer who's taking over property with tenants. I just wanted to remove a few of the stipulations that seemed unreasonable and make sure the lease agreement wasn't unlawful in the state of Texas, since I'm not familiar with Texas laws at all (never lived there before). Tony took a full 6 days to get back to me, and tells me that he has a flat fee of $2,000 for custom lease agreements. How utterly disgraceful for a person to take advantage of someone who's just starting out, and trying to make a life for themselves. And shame on him for taking so long to reply. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, and I recommend you do the same. This guy is only interested in exploiting you for as much money as he can, and isn't even remotely interested in doing a good job. Only reason I'm giving two stars is because he didn't lie about his services. His honesty about how much he's trying to put you through the wringer, and extract as much out of you as he can is about the only good thing about my exchange with Tony.
