As a busy Realtor I need an Attorney I can reach and that will keep things grounded and on point to close. Mr. Fisichella (Tony) is always available. I've seen him work weekends, weeknights, and before 8am helping clients. Jokingly I say he's an old fashion Doctor that still makes house calls. Tony is there when you need him and always willing to take ownership of a situation regardless who may have dropped the ball. He's saved me a few times. In this crazy market that's what we all need. When it comes to being a real estate lawyer, this guy was horrible. I have closed on many homes before. This place was very unprofessional. Tony was highly unprepared. He couldn't give us any information on time, date, nor cost until a day before closing. When we arrived he didn't have anything ready and waiting, in fact he was about to leave to go buy potato chips! Then he forgot a document for us to sign that we had to sign the next day. He also charged many fees and wouldn't even mail my realtor her check. Much more could be said, but in a nutshell, horrible experience. Stay away!!!
