Tracy Bush is an honest and compassionate professional who has been a tremendous help with securing a guardian for my elderly cousin. Not only did she facilitate the appointment of the original guardian, she worked tirelessly to obtain a second guardian when the original guardian suddenly expired. She and her staff kept me up to date during the period when the court was seeking the replacement guardian, and made sure that I had all the information concerning their efforts. Tracy Bush’s law office helped me with sisters estate and probate. My attorney John Schwitzer was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the process and answered my questions. Ann and especially Tanya were very helpful and I thank them both. Always quick to answer my questions or acknowledge receipt of documents I sent them. I personally like Tracy, and she is knowledgeable in how trusts and estates work, but that is all I would recommend her for. They made me feel as if I were lying or being deceitful in some way while family attempted to railroad me. They made me feel as if I should just rubber-stamp everything to make it easier for them, even though I could prove coercion and duress. They didn't want to be bothered, and never actually had my best interests at the forefront of the interaction. You are made to feel like a criminal for wanting to fight for what's right. If your issue involves a dispute in regards to money, this office will victimize the victim. It felt as if I was paying them to support the opposition, rather than fight for the one paying them. It seems they are happy to make the same money pushing paper, rather than actually fighting for their clients. Beyond happy I found different counsel that actually makes me feel supported and has my back! Since they responded saying it was anonymous, I will happily leave my name here...Cheryl Breitman and I am a past client that was treated terribly. If you care to discuss, you can look up my number in your records and call. I will not go out of my way and waste another single second to appease your need to justify the actions of your staff.

I live in San Diego and my aunt left me her house in Arlington. I just blindly found Tracy on the internet and after talking with her I hired her. There were people squatting in the house and she handled everything for me. She filed the eviction notices, served it personally to one of the squatters, and even went out with the Marshall on the day of eviction. She kept me in the loop every step of the way and even sent me pictures of the inside of the house.
