Unprofessional and dismissive. His staff is nice and friendly. However, V Goins' demeanor was rather combative. I did not feel comfortable with him as a representative going forward.

Please please if your loved one leaves a trust, and uses Goins, please have them make sure he’s willing to give copies to every beneficiary in the event the trustee is not cooperating. Unfortunately, my grandmother trusted Goins to give me a copy of the trust because she told me before she passed to reach out to him and he would make sure I was taken care of. Instead he’s ignored my calls, when I went to his office respectfully since all of my family has been in the dark, instead he threatened to call the police on me when all I did was come to talk and ask questions, he kicked me out very aggressively and rudely, I was so embarrassed because I’m a nurse and brought my firefighter captain fiance, both came very professionally as evident by our careers, and did not expect that type of reaction. This is the attorney my grandmother trusted to help me :(
