I can not say enough good things about this firm. Samantha was great about keeping me informed throughout the process. She’s professional and will fight for you. Everyone I dealt with was amazing. You will not regret hiring them.

Today marks 3 years and $15,000 Lost!!! What a disgrace of a lawfirm!! Amateurs who will take your money, not bother to learn your case and leaves you penniless after Vince White peddles you a near guarantee of victory. Now of course, they will respond with "they did their best" "spent hundreds of hours on your case" "we never guaranteed success" It's all BS. After being continually ignored and passed over for reasonable advancements at her job for 9 years my wife and I decided to take legal action. Vince told us we had a strong case and he would sue for lost wages and emotional damage. That was 3 years ago, that was the last we heard from Vince. The case was handed to Samantha and Michael and it became clear they put zero effort into learning the 9 year history of why we were suing. Pages and pages of outlines were provided by my wife and I to the firm. We spelled everything out in detail with supporting evidence. Months would go by, even nearly a year with no updates. It left us with a sickening feeling that not all was being done for us and we were sadly proven right. Like others have said. Vince will tell you you have a winning case. Vince will disappear, your case will be handed to scared cats instead of pitbulls and, like us, you will be out $15,000. They will not give you a penny back for their lies and incompetence. I am here to save your hard earned money. Don't make my mistake!!

Mr. Vincent White is a very professional attorney with excellent communication and quick responses, even on weekends. He assisted me greatly with an employment matter against a NYC agency without charging me a penny for the consultation or for reviewing my case. What can I say about this fella and his firm.... Well, for starters, Vince is authentic and he truly cares. I know this because I wasn't getting the answers that I needed from my attorney, so I started to watch his YT channel. From there I was so appreciative and amazed by his sincerity that I emailed him a thank you. About a week later I was selfish and emailed him to ask his opinion on what I was going through. I just didn't know who to ask and I felt stuck. Either way, Vince read and responded to me a few times and gave his honest opinion and thoughtful guidance. Unfortunately, I couldn't hire him due to where I live. Even with that being the case, he showed empathy, kindness, and a true desire to guide me to the right place that I needed to go. The trial team at this firm is top tier. The attorneys are assigned by specialized factors and what the firm doesn't have on staff, they will hire and litigate your claim/s. They always are prompt to respond, personable when ever on a call and clear and direct in the communication on your case. Yes, expensive. You get what you pay for, and if you want the best trial team on your side, it's this firm. Speaking from my case that took 11 months beginning to end. I was grateful for the time and effort the firm gave on behalf of my claims. They made working with the EEOC easy for me, and they will for you too. If ypu have a good case, and they aren't able to litigate it they still hold there end and are fair, and understanding words the client and the situation the claims placed the client in. Highly recommended for employment law matters.

Mr Vincent I watched many videos for guidance on cases . I imagine everyone feels they have the best case like I do . My case revolve around a disability discrimination on a federal employer . I was approved for a reasonable accommodation and it was not implemented. My case is currently at the hands of the administrative judges but I really need guidance and knowledge, I have the report of investigation from the EEOC investigator and can share with you , to be perfectly honest here , we’re a low income family struggling everyday of lives , wife in remission and dealing with teenage girls and a not so professional job . But my case has merits , otherwise those federal investigators wouldn’t have let it get this far . Please help Vincent , I felt a connection on these YouTube videos .

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Michael Hilferty. From the start, he was very unprofessional, unhelpful, and downright aggressive. Instead of providing the support and guidance I needed, he constantly made me feel like a burden and never took my concerns seriously. Michael Hilferty has a terrible attitude and treats clients with blatant disrespect. It's clear that he is more interested in collecting fees than actually helping clients. There was no effort to communicate effectively, and every interaction felt hostile and rushed. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Michael Hilferty at all costs. There are plenty of other attorneys who are professional, compassionate, and actually care about their clients. This was a complete waste of time and money. Consider yourself warned!

Call this place and a lady answered the phone, I explained to her the situation with my job and that I wanted to know if it’s. Against employee rights, she told me my question was a Google question and that she had no one available to answer my question, I said no available to talk to me at the moment or at all she said at all and if I wanted to speak with an attorney it would be $750 just to speak to one she then said have a nice day and hung up on me.
