I guess my problem, while devastating to me, didn't interest him enough to even respond to me a week after filling out his form on his site. My attorney recommended him, but won't do so any more. No one in the office even gave me a courtesy response that he couldn't help me. My opinion? He's a jerk.

Wayne was highly recommended to me. I had a multifaceted case, and Wayne was able to help give direction so that we could move to the eviction process. When it came time for him to step in, he broke everything down into easy to understand steps. If I had questions he was quick to respond. 10/10 would highly recommend Wayne Templin.

I had to Evict a non-paying tenant. My situation was a little more complex than a typical eviction and Wayne was there ever step in the process. Very knowledgeable, responsive and punctual. He was right on time getting papers filled with the court, notices served and advising me on what I needed to do for each step. If I ever need an eviction performed again I will definitely be calling Wayne!

Wayne generously helped me with reviewing all my docs to make sure my Notice to Quit and Complaint lawsuit were done correctly. He explained the process and provided excellent advice. When I called several other real estate attorneys, they either failed to respond or refused to help. I highly recommend Wayne as he has years of expertise and truly cares for his clients. He's very efficient with time and money.

I needed help/advice about evicting a tenant. I was able to speak with him right away. He was very informative and took time to explain everything to me free of charge. I plan on hiring him based on his professional and thorough consultation.

Website is wrong. They don't do tenant or landlord consulting. Showed to make an appointment and was told no they don't do that over and over. Rude and not helpful. Didn't get to speak

As a lawyer he certainly gets things done, no nonsense, no jingles! Very matter of fact and higly professional. Especially for court cases. He can deal with the most difficult situations. I highly recommend him for his keen sense of judgement and procedure. Stick with him and you will celebrate in the end.

During these times with the complex and convoluted laws and regulations, Wayne is the attorney to handle these issues. We had a fairly complex situation, gave notice right around when the AB 3088 came out and Wayne was able to guide me thru to a successful outcome faster than expected. His expertise, knowledge and skill were top-notch as I deal with a lot of attorney's in my professional life. I could not speak highly enough of his professionalism, ability to explain options and the law and also not to give you unfounded hope, but realistic expectations. I contacted several attorney offices. NONE would/could help me. I was able to speak with the attorney, I got good information and advice. Would recommend anytime!

I retained Wayne to handle an unlawful detainer action (eviction). He did an excellent job and was responsive to my questions. Hopefully I won't need to evict a tenant again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Wayne.
