I'm happy for everyone on here who got paid and have gone on with their life. I agree their investigator was top-notch and it stops there. Well maybe my case was so difficult because I was hit by another USAA driver and USAA invokes fear or maybe because I use Tricare as a military retiree and that was new for them to. I'm sure that 16yr old has graduated and moved on with his life since this happened in Sep 2017 and nothing's changed for me. Eventually I'll pick up the pieces. But it wouldn't be because of Williams law firm or anybody in that office but I'm sure they're great people.
