Don't go through this lawyer he's a crook. Botched a real estate deal by having some other clients make a cash offer. Needless to say the bank wouldn't accept my usda loan because of the cash offer. This house was for sale for three years and no one made any offers on the house. Then suddenly after my phone call to Nikas a cash offer came in. He's not an honest man.
