I do not recommend it at all, very bad experience with these lawyers, the way they convinced me was by telling me that they would help me with everything and that any question I have, the lawyer himself, will help me after I sign the contract, I could never communicate with the lawyer, I had to make an appointment three days by phone so he could help me over the phone. The only ones who can help you are the assistants who, because they are so despotic, I had several arguments with them. They charge you for any document that they are going to help you with after the contract, you have to look at that because the contract says that you have to fill out any other document. They sent me to write some letters that they could have helped me with, but they told me that if they did it, they were going to charge me and that is quite a lot. Then I had another argument with them because my daughter didn't go to an appointment she had with them and they charged me $150 because she didn't go to the appointment, I spoke to complain but they were also very despotic and told me that I had to pay them and yes, the contract wouldn't be broken and I would lose all my money that I paid them in advance. They don't give you payment assistance there, so they have you well under control. I have another immigration case against other lawyers and the truth is I realized even more that this one is not a good lawyer, he doesn't help you and it took a long time for my daughter's papers to arrive because they take a long time to send all the documents, it took four years due to the delays caused by the errors they made.

Greetings, Juan de Dios Campos
I wish you had put as much effort into your case as you did into writing this comment.

Let's start with the most important thing. Your daughter arranged permanent residency with us in June 2024.

Below, I'll remind you how the entire process went with you. Please pay attention.

The first thing we did was an initial consultation where we explained in detail, verbally and in writing, what your responsibilities are and what mine are so that the process can be carried out. You said you understood, accepted your responsibility, and that's why we signed a legal services contract where I agreed to represent you from start to finish until your daughter became a permanent resident, which was achieved in June 2024. I say it was achieved because working with you and your daughter was a challenge given your propensity to lie, fail to comply, miss the appointments we scheduled, insist on submitting falsified documentation, change your version of events, and withhold important information from us, from your initial consultation and throughout the entire process, which I will describe in detail and with dates. Please read carefully:

It is true that I charged you $150.00 for three consecutive occasions when we summoned your daughter. I personally went to Ciudad Juárez to meet her at my office (because she couldn't cross into El Paso). She never showed up, didn't call to say she wouldn't come, and didn't answer my calls to see if she would or wouldn't come. So I declined to schedule any more appointments for your daughter in Ciudad Juárez and offered to terminate your case because it would be impossible to continue due to your daughter's pathological absenteeism. Uated insisted, and it's also true that I refused to continue working on your case until you paid for all the times your daughter was duly summoned, and you wasted my time traveling to Ciudad Juárez to wait for an hour when she showed no signs of life. $150 is a tiny amount compared to what I could have charged you for all the hours you wasted due to your irresponsibility.

Of course, I told you I would help you in any way I could, clarify your doubts, and do everything I'm supposed to. What I can't do is guess at information that only you and your daughter have, nor can I sit and receive dictation from you to fill out the forms I gave you, which were very well explained and in Spanish. You and your daughter know how to read and write. From what I can see, writing is something you enjoy very much.

I have highly competent assistants, and their job is to work with clients so I can focus on the legal matters of all my clients, which only I, as an attorney, can do, and am authorized and required by law to do. For example: on February 2, 2023, you called my office, very upset because you wanted my assistant to notarize a document for you while you were physically in the state of Georgia (because that's where you live). It was explained to you in a thousand ways that this was completely illegal and that under no circumstances would we commit such an aberration for your convenience. You needed to go to any notary and sign the document in his immediate presence. What difference would it make if you discussed this with me directly, as you were loudly insisting? None. That's why it was enough, and you can attest, to get off your macho pedestal and follow the clear, basic, and elementary instructions my assistant gave you so that (as demonstrated by the fact that your daughter did manage to become a resident) we could move forward with your case. This is despite the fact that you didn't even recognize your daughter, and we even had to send DNA evidence to Immigration.

Anyway, I don't have enough character limits to write all the unnecessary challenges I had to overcome so that your daughter, despite everything, could become a permanent resident today.

I wish you the best of luck.

Xavier A. Méndez, Immigration Attorney

I took my mom for an appointment, she was in the process of getting her green card, and immigration requested an RFE. Long story short the lawyer was rude and told her that her case had no hope without even understanding or researching. Three months later we provided detail evidence to immigration and her green card was APPROVED, and my mom will be eligible to apply for citizenship next year. DON’T BELIEVE THIS LAWYER WHEN HE LOOKS AT YOUR CASE NEGATIVELY. HE WAS WRONG!!! There are smarter lawyers around. 😀

Response from owner

Hello Aaron

I checked my data base and your name is nowhere to be found. You are not my client nor have ever been. I don’t know your mother’s name so I can’t look for her in my data base.

However I have sone comments on the story you wrote here.

An RFE is a Request for Additional Evidence that USCIS sends when an application is incomplete or when they need aditional documentation or information to either grant or deny your petition.

RFEs are pretty straightforward. You either provide the additional documentation they are asking for before the deadline, usually 30 days, or your case will be denied.

If USCIS gave you three months to come up with the evidence they were asking and you were able to find it and give it to them, good for you. Congratulations.

Also, congratulations to your mother for being able to qualify for citizenship only 90 days after been approved a green card. That’s quite a record. It takes a minimum of five years of being a permanent resident before qualifying for naturalization. Again, good for you and your mother.

You are right. People, don’t listen to me. Instead call Aaron. He seems to be an Immigration Law genius. That’s besides being a serial negative review junky.

Here are some examples of what seems to be Aaron’s favorite hobbie:

Aaron gave a one star review to “Whataburger” because he couldn’t get a free cup of water from them.

He also gave a one star review to a place called “IMT Germantown” because he wanted to park in a parking garage reserved for future residents. (You could give the sun another one star review Aaron).

Now, out of all Aaron’s one star reviews this pne made me laugh the most: a one star review to a river. No kidding, Aaron writes bad reviews to Mother Nature.

Check Aaron’s reviews record on Google and have fun as I did.

To you Aaron, get a life, some therapy with medication and a girlfriend.

Truly yours (and your mom’s),

Xavier

They are unorganized and do not care about their clients. I spoke with Mr. Mendez one time in February. After that i scheduled a appointment 6 times for a phone conference. And i never received a call back, when i called them about my appointments. I was told Mr.Mendez was in court or out of the country. I have yet to receive a call back after being assured they would contact me about my husband's case. By the way he isn't telling the truth about me not being a client here is the email correspondence from his law office.

Response from owner

I personally searched all our databases, and you are not our client. You can understand that with four offices thousands of miles apart and the number of cases I have to handle, I am not the one answering the phones at my office receptions. I have trained staff dedicated to managing my schedule and those of the other attorneys in our firm. We have a community of over 80,000 followers, and as you will see if you visit our social media, we respond to every comment left on our posts. Our clients' cases are our reason for being and what motivates us to make every great effort to help them. We are very well organized and prepared to handle each of our cases from beginning to end. Our results and the other comments on this profile speak for themselves. In any case, whoever you are, and whatever your true reason for leaving a negative comment, without being our client, I wish you the best of luck. Xavier A. Méndez, Attorney

I had a terrible experience with this lawyer. I lost my money, of course, until he had the full amount. He said nothing could be done, but thank God I had the help of genuine people who understand the value of their work and our needs. This man not only kept my money but also humiliated me beyond belief.
