Xochitl was very professional and did a great job of guiding me and helping me through my case but the staff was a different story. I had to call multiple times for status and follow up and no one would return my call or they would tell me someone would reach out on a certain date and never would. I keep getting the run around.

My son went to her for his divorce. Her office staff and her don't have good communication. My son got contradictory information from the staff. The attorney drags her feet thru the process so she can keep adding to the bill. Many points that my son asked her to present during the hearing were not brought up. There was no preparation before the hearing and she wanted to get my son briefed half an hour before the hearing.UNPROFESSIONAL!

Requires 2500$ and 100 for every phone call. Constantly blindsided in court and just failing overall. Definitely does not do her due diligence and preparations for court. Do not recommend it at all. Especially for custody Update family lost custody. This, by far, has been the worst law firm I've ever had the displeasure of working with. An absent sperms doner won full custody due to this attorneys negligence in handling this case. Juat now, we're notified he's leaving the child with his parents and moving elsewhere. Do not trust this firm. The lawyers are inexperienced and unresponsive unless they are paid. Even then, they just want the money, $ 5000, plus charged for every call just to find out what's going on. And additional money in an account just for them to keep charging for ever little thing. 12,000$ and still didn't do their job. Also adding she has it in her contract that you can't speak porly about her and her firm, or she'll go after you for even more money.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS ATTORNEY, I came in for a child support modification, they told me it was an easy case, they make you deposit $3500 on a trust fund, they pull money from it for Everytime they move a finger for you, I mean, a phone call, they charge you even if is just to set up an appointment, long story short, I never fought anything in my case I was willing to pay what ever court will decide but it went as long as 8 months later and I sent $8,000 with this attorney Ambris, which I never even saw in person, WALK AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY XOCHITL AMBRIS. ITS A RIP OF!!!!!

Very unprofessional lawyer who stole a lot of money from me without working on my case. I gave her 7k and in less than three weeks she assured she had used it all and needed more. Her staff was very rude and doesn’t take time to talk nor explained things to you and even charge you up to 100dlls if you want to ask a question or have any doubts about your case. She is very unethical she took my case knowing my opponent had consulted her before me! I hope people stop trusting this type of lawyers who allow themselves to be bribed by the opponents side!

Didn't even make it to a piad phone call!!! They want a full application and 125 dollars just to talk.Now I have no problem paying the 125 dollars, however I refuse to share my entire life on paper before I even speak with an attorney. The would not continue unless I provided full form fill out. This isn't some small form either. Such a waste of time....they actually asked me what time was your appointment again lol. The girl I was talking to was sweet and just doing her job. On to the next. You stated if you get hired! Why am I having to release all my personal info before we even talk or you get hired. I've spoken to other attorneys they don't require this just seems like a good way to get free info that's not needed. Before you're even hired.

She just charge me 5k for doing nothing but paper work my divorce took a year with out even a court day they just call you to charge you more every time the open your case and then don’t ever gain anything else until they need a new payment 🤡

Let me share an issue I had trying to do the stuff the cheap way. The law office did an excellent job. There was no rip offs. You get what you pay for.Thanks for the communication and everything and i understand that you get charged for everything they have staff that also has to get paid as well. The 125 consultation was worth it. I've got nothing negative to say.

Tried to get simple paperwork drawled up, but they wouldn't give me a price range without me scheduling a $125 consultation. When I said "thanks, but I'm not going to do that" I was hung up on. Very unprofessional.

I honestly would not recommend at all, if I could I wouldn’t put any stars on this lawyer! I don’t recommend!!! TURN AROUND AND DON’T HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! Waste a lot of money, time, and the stuff is full of lies! This place is for sure a SCAM! And we didn’t win the case why because I was not able to talk and the man was talking lots of lies about me and my family. Thanks a lot for not having my back you scammers!

Ms. Ambriz and her team were amazing. Always available when I needed to speak to her. Anytime there was an update on my case or I had an upcoming event I was notified in a timely manner. Great team to have on your side. Overall experience was great!!!!!!
