Zach handled two real estate transactions (buying and selling) for us in late 2020 and early 2021. He was thorough and patient, answering every question in detail and providing guidance whenever we were unsure of which option to choose. He was the consummate professional and great about social distancing challenges related to wet signatures required for closings. We would absolutely recommend him to others and would not hesitate to use him again.

For context, I know enough about the law to be dangerous. This means I ask a lot of questions and have ideas that may or may not be correct. Zach would calmly, methodically and thoroughly explain where i was wrong, where I was technically right but being unreasonable, and on occasion where I was right and reasonable. We had the first sale of my property fall through because, i believe, the buyer was not similarly blessed with an attorney of Zach's caliber. The second sale of the property went through cleanly and smoothly. Zach always was ahead of the process and he kept me informed of what was happening an what was likely to happen next.
