Called and was told I would get a call back. Never did . I called back a week and was told the same thing. Never got called back.

Gilbert a. Diaz Jr is by far the worst Lawyer complete garbage I went to court a month in a half ago and he said he would file new documents pertaining child support in a week. I have called several times and he has completely ghosted me. He will take your money and do absolutely nothing for you. I honestly don’t know how he is still a lawyer he showed up with bleach blond hair and was prancing around the court with extra sassiness. Save your money and go somewhere else Gilbert Diaz is garbage when it comes to being a lawyer and is going to do absolute nothing for you he will hurt your case in family law.

I'm begging you to please move on. If you proceed with gilbert, I hope you are family. If you are not family, get out of dodge. Please research me, and I will send you to a more ethical. I have every phone call with Gilbert recorded. He would make me show up to his office for an appointment scheduled, and then make me wait an hour. He said he forgot about the appointment. I had to play my recording to double-check. What a fraudulent individual.

The reason he got one star is because that is the highest rating we could give him. He promised to help us, and after the first consultation he never returned our calls, gave us feedback or referred to some one else if he wasn't able to help. Instead he wasted our time and money.

Spare yourself the grief and look for counsel elsewhere. He is absolutley horrible. Doesn't return calls, answer text or emails, and does not do what he says. I did most of HIS work and HE got a check for doing NOTHING. Oh and his paperwork is full of typos and grammatical errors. I don't typically do reviews, but I just had to give people the heads up on this guy.
