I would not hire him to represent you. He doesn't get approvals when you need to see a doctor. I moved from Delaware to California. When I moved his representation for me just disappeared. I had been needing him to get an approval for me to see an orthopedic doctor and he failed to get it for three (3) years. When I confronted him about it and told him I was trying to come back to Delaware to talk face-to-face about his poor and almost no representation since I moved he sent me a letter stating he was no longer representing me anymore. This was after having him as my attorney for eight (8) years. After he receives payment for a settlement he just doesn't want to work for you anymore. I am telling anyone who reads this to please find another attorney because you workers compensation case never goes away but he does; especially if you move from the state. Again, he represented me for eight (8) years and after he got settlements for me and there were no more billable hours he didn't want to continue to work for me. He never got the approval for me to see an orthopedic doctor for my condition after my doctors and myself tried to get him to over and over again for three (3) years. This should be enough for anyone considering to hire him not to. I hope all who reads this takes it very seriously. This is a true and honest review.
