Bad experience waisted my money..

My friend hired Alan Brown's associate, Sergio Ybarra to represent him for a parole hearing. Mr. Ybarra tried to reschedule the preliminary hearing but everyone knows.parole doesn't play. He never showed up at the hearing. Now my friend sits in prison and all he wanted was a fair chance to prove his innocence but thanks to Mr. Ybarra, he didn't get that chance or the representation he paid for.

Be careful with these folks. They say all the right things but their actions are not aligned with their promises. They sent me to court and no attorney showed up and caused me to have a warrant. there are attorney's with better service out there. I even filed a complaint with the State Bar and 3 minutes later i got a phone call making all kinds of promises. Nothing changed. Their word is not worth the paper it is written on.

Having to hire an attorney during a pandemic was daunting but Alan Brown’s office was so good to us. Our initial interview was by zoom and we hired him right away. The legal aid that I spoke to almost weekly was Scott and it started to feel like Scot was a long time friend. He was very helpful and he answered all my questions about this confusing legal process.

Alan Browns office is the best. Their staff is the best and moved real fast on 2 cases for me. They always kept in touch and kept me up to date with any and all information on my case. Got me time served on one after only spending a night in the magistrate. And closed out my second case with probation after only 4 months on my case. I was originally looking at 20yrs because ive been to prison twice and they got the repeat offender dropped. Judge even told me if it wasnt for my lawyer id be facing time in TDCJ. Amy Owen gave me my life back. In the most difficult time in my life she was there to fight for me. I thank her and Jackie and everyone else at the law firm. Answering my questions and to reassure me they were there for me and most of all got my charges dismissed.

I love Scott and Jackie and Andres (CHAMPION) Campion and the guy across from Scott I can't remember his name HOWEVER They all communicate with this process we thought was a nightmare I promise our situation happened on Monday and everyone told me it would take time time ☺️ I didn't have so from the time I hit the Door I felt like I was a CELEBRITY OMG BY WEDNESDAY WE WERE GOOD

They are horrible about returning messages. Very overpriced, and they don’t lift a finger to do anything for your case. A waste of money, should have gone to a different lawyer. Oh, they will gladly charge you more money to do what the originally promised though. Do yourself a favor and find somebody else for representation.

My entire experience with this law company is the lawyers are really nice in the beginning, however once you pay and sign a contract with them they basically forget about you. It’s over priced and they will nickel and dime you. They don’t seem to be very interested in good communication either, so if you live sending emails and making phone calls on your own behalf, then I suppose you might enjoy this treatment. It’s like pulling teeth to get answers or responses. It comes across as if you commit murder and need representation and you don’t mind paying hundreds of thousands of dollars, they will treat you like a person that they care about. However if your case is only going to bring in a few thousand for them, they’re very not interested and don’t give a damn about you. I definitely would not recommend based on client service.

We are unrelated but after my husband and I retained Alan Brown , we felt like family. He and his wonderful staff litigated our case and won our lives back. Alan went way beyond what he had to. He fought for us and thankfully our family stay united and in tact. We are forever grateful to Mr. Alan Brown. If your situation requires the best results, do not settle for anything less than Alan Brown. He also is just a likeable person, he really knows his way around the Bible. Excellent!
