Amazing Lawyer!!! Would definitely recommend him! My case is still not approved by USCIS but I know Alejandro has gone the extra mile in my case and I’m very thankful! Update: My case was approved by USCIS. Thanks Alejandro!
A very disgusting person and hostile treatment 🥲
I am sorry you're not happy that I do not practice family law - I also wished you the best of luck, for what it's worth --
Mister Gutierrez handled the petition to remove the conditions of my residence in the US, and yes we didn't agree on a few things and even fought a few times, but in the end of the day mister Gutierrez is a very firm and super knowledgeable immigration lawyer and his goal is to make his job and make you happy with the outcome, and I am absolutely happy with the results of his job, definitely, definitely, definitely recommend!!!!!! Mister Gutierrez, once again, thank you so much for amazing results of your professional work.
Thank you so much Savva -
Thank you, ma'am.
Thank you, ma'am.
Hello everyone, I do not recommend this lawyer to anyone because I was deported to my country, Honduras, because he didn't do his job. He stole $3,000 from me. He's a jerk who doesn't know how to treat clients.
Mr. Triminio -<br><br>The fact that the judge in Miami did not believe you had valid reasons for not appearing in court (such as the death of an immediate family member or other similar circumstances beyond your control) is no reason for you and your family to continue these defamatory attacks.<br><br>You had the opportunity to present your asylum case, and you chose not to. It is much more difficult to convince a judge of the validity of your case years after entering the United States.<br><br>I don't understand why you didn't follow the instructions you were given at the shelter where you were housed when they found you trying to enter the United States illegally years ago.<br><br>Since you entered at a very young age, a family court judge could have assigned you a guardian, and once it was determined that reunification with your father or mother was not possible, you would qualify to file an application for residency as a "Special Immigrant Juvenile."<br><br>Unfortunately, the laws are complicated, and there are many limitations. I explained all of this to them before they hired me, and even when they indicated they had proof of what happened, they didn't send me anything.<br><br>The new president doesn't like immigrants, and he controls immigration and ICE. The officers have to follow his directives, and that's why so many people suffer. I wish him the best of luck.<br><br>AG
Thank you Lord
