Phenomenal lawyer! I’ve dealt with my share of family law attorneys, and I separate Amanda from the rest of them because she was simply phenomenal

Dealing with Miss Amanda Brinton was an experience I’ll most likely never forget . She helped me with an incredibly difficult situation that was pretty drawn out…. She surprised me to say the least. Step by step she won and won. At first I was nervous… but by the end, she gained all of my trust, to the point I listened to everything she recommended. She helped my daughter! And I’ll never forget it!! Thank you Amanda!!

If you enjoy legal malpractice, collusion, and being lied to... Amanda is your lawyer. Should be barred from practicing, but state hops to stay under the radar. Highly disorganized. Called me to lie on behalf of Dave Gagne and totally forgot she sent me documentation 3 months earlier to the contrary. She did this in full knowledge that children were being abused by Dave's client. She started crying over the phone, realizing she just engaged in behaviors to have her disbarred. She promised to tell the truth in Court. Subpeonaed her to testify in Court. Judge Mary Much dismissed her from testifying, then turned right around and called Amanda a liar, outside of Amanda's presence, to cover for Dave's violations. Amanda Brinton's lack of organization and preparation compromise your case and she is forced to collude with opposing counsel because she doesn't have her case law or paperwork prepared. She is an average, to slightly above average Courtroom litigator, but her lack of communication, preparation, verity, ethics, and inability to not fawn over opposing male counsel makes her an extreme liability. RUN, don't walk away from this practice if value your investment. Representation by Amanda is sub-par and a liability to anyone with a case that actually requires legal acumen and timely action.

I came to Amanda with a custody issue. There was plenty of argument and lots of evidence to use that was sufficient enough to argue my case. She admitted that it is too complicated of a case for her, and she doesn’t feel like she could do it. I spent $300 to be told to use another attorney that she recommended to go see. Instead I will be using the “Wahl Family” as I was recommended to do so by Amanda Brinton. I would not recommend this attorney. She did not show the willingness to put forth any effort into a case that wasn’t “easy” for her. In any rate, a total waste of time and money. She could of told me to take my $300 to someone else instead of take mine.

I called and could never get through. Then I left a message for a return call and no one ever called me back. I also mentioned I only had a certain amount of time to respond to a letter received. A courtesy call to let me know they could help or not would have been the right thing to do. Why bother having a machine to leave messages if you're not going to return the calls?!

Amanda is what you want in a family law attorney...confidential, easy to talk to, non-judgmental, and works hard for her clients.
