I do not have enough AMAZING things to say about Andriea and Ashley. They walked me through the process, they were quick to respond, led the whole divorce process and kept me in the loop at all times. I honestly don’t even know why what ex’s attorney did because Andriea was so on top of it. My ex would ask me to ask Andriea something knowing it would get done. My divorce was final 3 months after my first conversation with her. By the end, I felt like she was almost family and I always felt like she had my back. Another thing to note, is that Andriea know’s the law very well, so don’t think you or your ex will be able to sneak anything by her. Thank you Andriea and Ashley!

Andriea Aden is a straight shooter, no nonsense, gets it done yesterday kind of energy. She is a powerhouse of assertive fervor in the court room and worth every penny!! You better retain her before your ex does! I am not joking, that happened to my kids’ dad. Andriea has been championing my causes since my contested divorce in July 2017, and the wild ride of motions and modifications that have followed, and is still representing me today (12/14/2024). She led the way and held my hand as I navigated my darkest times, and when it was overwhelming and I wasn’t at my best, she showed me grace. She is an exceptional attorney, and a good human. I hired Mikyla Miller. Unfortunately, she abruptly resigned three weeks later. And I was stuck with Ms. Aden. I don’t think either one of us ever meshed together. When we parted ways, I never even received a referral for another attorney. I just felt like I was hurried through my divorce, and not given the time on my divorce. I was disappointed with the outcome.

Extremely disappointed with how the office handled my appointment. I arrived 10min early, but was informed it was the incorrect time. No confirmation by phone or email, no outreach to reschedule. Empathy, & finding solutions go a long way. I was very excited to be there, but chose not to reschedule due to how the office staff handled the situation. A simple, "I'm sorry we had you scheduled for _ time and let's look for the next available date" would have been greatly appreciated.

Mrs. Andriea A. Aden ESQ does not care about the wellbeing, outcome or ethics of her clients. She will intentionally run the hours up on your case because at the end of the court process someone else will be financially responsible. If you have a high budget in mind for a retainer I suggest you double that cost and you too can have a lawyer who will fight for you without any ethical code or moral responsibilities. EDIT: As Mrs Aden stated I am not currently a client. However I did end up paying $23000 for a year your services from September 2019 to September 2020? It came from one side or the other of my family network. Different legal parties will innately always have different perspective of what “Clearly I must be doing something right by my client for Mr. Martini to leave me a negative review ...” means what? In family law you are happy to see the other person upset? If I was the party to pay for your legal services in 2020 does that not make me someone who should leave a google review? You got paid. I will agree that is correct however “right” under ethical or moral definition in some cases is about perspective of the party. $23000 for a parenting plan and division of equity is "doing something right."?

Absolutely the best attorney in Northern Nevada for family law. She and her staff fought hard for me and my rights. I HIGHLY recommend her firm. It's worth every penny.

There email communication is on point ,however there response to there own clients is zero information. They have no concerns on there retainer distribution, they will bleed it and ask for more with no consideration to there clients may take 2 days more to get there additional retainer and withdrawal from case after you put all efforts in for your case at last minute withdrawal.

Both Ms. Aden and Ms. Miller did an extremely FANTASTIC job helping me fight in a custody battle!!! I could not have done this without them and their staff! They were patience, honest, great listeners and spoke up when necessary. I love them!! If I were to need an attorney again, they would be hands down the first person I'd call!

The best decision of my life to go with Andrie! Obtained joint custody of both my boys thanks to her professionalism and expertise.

I just want to say, how Mikyla Miller is still a lawyer is beyond me! She has a very arrogant, aggressive and harassing demeanor! She tries to get the other party to admit to false unproven accusations and goes to extreme measures to win her case, I guess that's ok but at what cost! Especially when it comes to peoples family! She will try to have the other party settle before things go to court, she will belittle the other party and make them feel as if they've done everything wrong, even without the full story and facts of other parties! If you want a shark who will try to win at all cost, EVEN IF IT MAKES YOU AND HER LOOK BAD IN THE END DUE TO INADEQUATE EVIDENCE, AND FAILURE TO CONSIDER ALL FACTS AND TRUTH, then Mikyla might be who you are looking for! I really don't see her in the law field too much longer if she keeps up this Bad Cop, Bad Cop operation! I wish the best of luck to whoever obtains or engage with Mikyla! If you are an opposing party do not let her scare you with her menacing tactics, especially if you know you didnt do anything wrong! No matter how hard she tries, you can't just pull evidence out of thin air and win a case lol!
