It was the first time we'd been in an accident, and they were the worst, worst lawyers I've ever encountered. Several years ago, they handled my car accident case. They sent my husband and me to therapy, and everything seemed fine. But when it came time to give us the check, they left it at the therapy clinic, and what they gave us didn't even cover the car damage. They only gave us about the second half of $20, since there were two of us. And when I called to ask for an explanation, they wouldn't answer. They completely ripped us off. Of course, it was successfully resolved in your favor, and you are responsible for my review. I still had the paperwork and the check stub, which is why I'm writing this review now, because I found the paperwork and saw the name. You'll never admit to the massive theft you committed against us... You were the worst. I hope you've changed.

I was rear-ended in a hit-and-run accident in February of 2024. My friend referred me to armen artinyian law office. I was hooked up with a very profesional paralegal Jack dakyan. I do not know where to start and where to end. I have never felt so frustrated in my life. Very unprofessional staff. They tell you I will call you back in 2 hours then 2 hours turns into weeks. All of the staff needs to work on their professional and communication skills. As their client, I had to chase them and keep calling them where I would get no answer. Jack on the other hand is very unprofessional, does not know how to help at all. These people do not understand where they went wrong even though they said they do. I had to ask for my file to be sent to me so I can take it elsewhere. Just for future reference, instead of telling the client to take the case to another law office, try to take the time to listen to them and understand from their point of view. Giving up is easy, but try to protect your clients needs. I have much more to write but I do not think they are worth my time. All I can say is I will never ever give these people business and make sure my friends and families do not as well.

I have a case with the Lawyer Artinyan for more than two years, he has worked hard on my case, and I have always been asking about my case and hi got the settlement successfully and I recommend to everyone who needs his services to hire him and place the case in his hands so that he can fight for what is fair and meritorious for all.
