Terrible experience — unprofessional and neglectful. This is by far the worst law firm I’ve ever dealt with. They took on my case in July 2021 after I was injured in an accident that caused ongoing back pain. Over nearly five years, they sent me to multiple doctors and kept telling me the case was being fought in court. I stayed patient all this time—trusting them—only to find out last Friday that my case had actually been closed a long time ago, and they never even informed me! When I called, they casually said “Sorry, we lost the case.” Now I’m left still dealing with pain from the accident and no justice or compensation. This firm wasted my time, failed to communicate, and completely mishandled my case. Avoid them at all costs!

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Gladis at this law firm. She consistently ignores my calls and messages, and when she does respond, she speaks to me in a rude, dismissive, and condescending way as if I’m not worth her time or don’t understand what’s going on. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from someone who is supposed to support clients through important legal matters. Her attitude has made an already stressful situation even worse. At this point, I’m seriously considering finding another attorney and team one that actually respects and values their clients.
