Overpriced law firm.I told them I had $5000 to work with.Then immediately they needed another $1500.Then I ended up spending over $10000 for something that cost $5000.They nickled and dime the crap out of me would not recommend them for anybody

Attorney Rancourt, his paralegal Anna, and the team at this firm helped us ensure a stable, loving, safe, and happy upbringing for my child. It was a long contested adoption over the well-being of my nephew and earlier this year my partner and I got to officially adopt our son. The team was always empathetic, kind, supportive, responsive, and considerate no matter how many things (some entirely insane) came up in our case. They were firm about the laws that pertained to our situation, consistently aided us in our fight for what is best for our very young child, held stern in our multi day hearings, and kept us updated during every step. I’m eternally grateful for their services and the support they provided us through the multi-year process. I’m also in an entirely different state and could still consistently rely on them to ensure everything was handled effectively. Our child’s future being the best it possibly could be is thanks to me trusting this company. They assisted us with a contested adoption from foster care as well as handling the appeal process the other party started after our adoption was finalized. Mr. Baldacci and his office staff were very professional, patient, attentive and flexible especially when the municipal offices/officers were not helpful and very vague at times. Municipal employees sometimes either gave the wrong instructions verbally, called my son yelling at him on the phone when he was trying to figure out how to handle his situation and just were not as attentive as some of the municipalities office implied they’d be. Mr. Baldacci and his staff were wonderful. I could not say enough wonderful things about them. We were very fortunate to have him on hand.
