Our daughter involved in a car accident. It was determined she was at fault. The insurance company took care of the repair. We thought it was done. However, about 7 months later, we received letters from our insurance company notifying that the party has filed for personal injury (a law firm represented the claimant) and asked for a settlement in the amount of 3 times our policy would cover. To make it short and sweet take your case somewhere else,Braid paid no attention to my case what so ever what attorney says too someone we have settlement offers in October then October comes and he tells you the case was dismissed in August hahah a true jokester. If you want good representation go somewhere else trust me I'm saving you time money and a headache.
