I never have had to look for an accident attorney before so I had no clue what to expect. After talking to few that came off very aggressive and hurried I found Brent. I was invited to his office to discuss my situation and knew within a few minutes that he was the one. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. It was settled in about the amount of time he said it would be and throughout the process his communication and updates were consistent. He took care of everything, responds quickly to all emails and phone calls and was always available. His staff is also welcoming and helpful and I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Brent

I was a client of this law firm. They don't do anything. In short, they just wait for the police report, take the contacts of the culprit’s insurance company from there and withdraw money from them, taking 1/3 for themselves for one call. They won’t call you or update your information in any way; you have to do everything yourself. But if the case is a little more complicated and it turns out that the culprit does not have insurance or needs to file a claim, then your case will be denied and you will lose more than a month of time. At the same time, when discussing this in advance, they lie that they will do everything, but are still waiting for the police report. There is not a single mention from them that their abilities end with one call to the insurance company. Only lies, and then termination of the contract. In general, if you are thinking of hiring them, I do not advise you to take risks, waste time and pay a third for one call. If the case is so easy that you are sure the person at fault has insurance, then call yourself and save the money. If it can be more difficult than making one call, look for another lawyer, these ones will deceive you and in the end they will throw you away. You’ll just get this message: “Our office conducted a search with the information provided to us on the police report and found that there is no insurance policy in existence for the at-fault party. Without any applicable insurance coverage, our office is unable to pursue your case any further.” So think twice before your decision and good luck in your search for justice!

Brent got the other party's insurance company to agree to payout their insured's policy limits which was in 6 digits. I was referred to Brent by a friend of my mom. I got in a car accident in July 2022. My car was totaled and the other driver redacted is claim of fault. I was in a lot of pain, as well as angry, and didn't know what to do. Brent was very helpful. He took the time to talk to me even though initially I called him on his personal cell phone. Brent and his team worked hard on my case. Meanwhile I got to go to the chiropractor to get the care I needed. I healed, got a new car, and still Brent was working on my case. Over a year later my case was settled. I got a LARGE settlement that I was able to use to pay off a good amount of debt! Which took a lot of weight off my shoulders. I can't thank Brent and his team enough. I highly recommend them if you are ever in the unfortunate predicament of an injury that was not your fault.
