Horrible lawyer. Save your money, go with the public defender. This guy doesn't return calls, doesn't communicate. He is terrible.

I obtained this attorney to sue the law enforcement we Won excellent outcome loved his services and I would highly recommend him to anyone thank you again Brian Vogel.

I was a client, we sued the vcso, the vcso did not pay what they were obligated to pay, therefore it negatively effected my credit. I called and tried to get the situation addressed and rectified and Brian did not even return my calls, even after he was informed of what the issue was. My credit is now ruined and I need to contact a 3rd party to take care of what Brian could not. Brian has had years to fix this while I could not.

Beware not a good attorney. Lacks communicate, sharp wit, & aggression. A total waste of time and money. I fired him and got the case tossed out by my own efforts.
