After the initial shock if not bewilderment on how such a thing could happen, I called the offices of Brian Breiter since I have known him since he was a star debater in my class years ago. A couple of years ago it was a beautiful day in Los Angeles and I was driving to the airport, next thing I know I’m in a horrible accident and my life is turned upside down. I’ve never been in a crash like this before, and I knew it was serious. It was obvious I was going to need legal help so I started searching online and asking friends. After doing tons of research I narrowed my search down to two law firms, the Law Offices of Brian Breiter and Movagar and Yamin. I met with both firms and was impressed with each of them. When I interviewed them, I asked what their opinions were of the other firm, and they both said the same thing, great lawyers you can’t go wrong. I found out after talking with Brian Breiter that Nick Movagar used to work with him and that they often work on cases together. At that point Brian suggested that both firms could work together on the case, and that’s exactly what happened. I thought how can I lose, I get two lawyers for the price of one. Nick was amazing at helping me get access to the best doctors. I ended up needing a serious back surgery, and he found one of the best spine surgeons in Los Angeles. The recovery was hard, but Brian and Nick made it easy. After the surgery they both arranged to have a nurse take care of me at home so I wouldn’t be alone. Nick arranged for a great physical therapy and after care. Because the injuries were so serious and my medical bills were high the case had to go into litigation. Nicks firm handled the initial part of the case. When it became obvious that the insurance company was not going to pay what I deserved, Brain took over and prepared the case for the trial. BREIT, BREITER, BREITEST Finding Brian Breiter was like finding that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. He is an L.A. treasure in the world of litigation and personal injury. All of the reviews contained on this page are 100% right on and accurate and express all of my same sentiments. If I were to elaborate, I would only be "gushing", however, that is exactly what I would like to do. If you find yourself in that awful predicament of being in an auto collision (I use that description rather than "accident"), call Brian..asap. This guy is cool, calm, collected, caring, cohesive, and oh so focused! He slam-dunked my case is 3 months. About my case: the day after my birthday on Aug. 16th I made a completely legal, clean left turn, when this woman ran a red light and slammed into me so hard, she t-boned my car and made me spin out onto the sidewalk. I have nothing but great things to say about Mark, Brian, and the rest of the team. They know exactly what they are doing, were incredibly professional, and most of all, they cared. I didn't have to bug them or even communicate much because they were upfront about the timeline and I knew they were taking care of things. I was involved in an accident with an out of state driver that resulted in me tearing my ACL and needing 2 different surgeries to fix it. He ran a stop sign and just didn't see me. After the first conversation with their insurance adjustor to be paid out for the total loss of my car, I knew it was going to be a pain dealing with them because they were bickering over the $100 or so that I wanted to replace my tinted windows. On October 27, 2015 my brother was killed in a tragic accident. He was riding his bike home from the beach. A semi with a shipping container was traveling the same way as he was, he was going under a bridge at the same time as the semi with the shipping container. As the semi made its way under the bridge the load was too high, the shipping container clipped the top of the bridge and fell onto my brother as he was riding his bike and killed him instantly. My brother was my everything, he was the only one left out of my immediate family. I’ll never forget the night, the coroner came to my house as soon as he introduced himself as the coroner I knew that my brother was dead. I remember all my family coming over that night and the next morning there was all different news vans sitting in front of my house channel 7 channel 9 channel 4.etc... they were pounding on my door at 7:30 8 o’clock in the morning, I never once gave the news a statement, I was too distraught so my cousins would always tell them to go away. Then I had a lot of lawyers waiting in front of my house because they wanted my business, I also had a couple of shady characters trying to get me to hire them to represent my brothers case, when I say shady I mean they were trying to do anything and everything to get me to hire them. At this point I did not know what to do so I started researching lawyers and Brian’s name came up. His name came up actually several times with 100% success rate. I finally met with Brian and my family was telling me that I should meet with at least three more lawyers to get a second and third opinion.
