I wanted to share my experience from years ago that I just happened to remember very recently. Everything was going good until the day of my deposition. I had an accident where I got rear ended by a Honda and it pushed me into a mini van. I talked to only one person from this law firm for a year or so then the day of my deposition, they last minute switched someone else to take the OG guy’s place. This guy knew nothing about my case, claimed that I lied about a day that I was having extreme back pain to the point I could not sleep also while having the flu. Which caused me to call off of work and go to a random chiropractor the next day. The day of the deposition, I noticed I didn’t note what happened down on my end but I remember telling the original guy I was talking to about it. This new guy proceeded to go BACK AND FORTH with me saying how I’m a liar and that I lied to them. Lied to them where? Lied to them how? Sir, I have NEVER spoken to YOU. That instance really put a bad taste in my mouth for this law firm. I would definitely recommend contacting a firm that would actually note down everything that you communicated to them. Because life gets crazy and it’s THEIR JOB to build a case against the other party. NOT the people that they’re working for. Very weird business practices that they got going on over there. I have not recommended them to any of my friends or people I’m close to due to that experience that took a 180 all of a sudden. I hope that guy does not represent this law firm anymore as well.

I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessional behavior! I schedule a 10 minute free consultation to discuss 1 issue and this “lawyer” was not only late to our meeting but continued to interrupt me while I spoke. He thought he answered my question but I had a follow up question to clarify what he just said. Instead of allowing me to complete my question, he rudely interrupted me and said he knows what I’m trying to do and I needed to let him explain it. After I said “ excuse me??” He then said he is losing connection and hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! He’s a miserable person taking it out on potential clients.

3.3 stars is very low. These ppl will stab you in the back. Yes ,they know everyone back and forth so that will not suit your best interest. They turn people of hope into killers. I don't expect them to survive in their exploits of "Us The People"

They dragged my case out for almost 4 years lied to Me on multiple occasions I had to give them my mailing address on 12 different occasions yet they had an address from 4 years ago They lie and neglect you, do not go with this company

Brian Larsen is an experienced attorney who is great to work with, and really knows his stuff! If you are lucky enough to have the option of being represented by his office, you should seriously consider hiring him/them. Brian distinguished himself by being an astute negotiator - creating and keeping his eye on net recovery. Sadly, when the dust settles in the end... this is all you have as no one can overwrite the bad experience that led you to need an attorney to begin with.

Had a completely civil case. Had a hard time to found an attorney by Larsen firm did not hesitate at all. Everybody were very friendly and knowledgeable about my case. I was guided from the beginning to the end of the case. Was not expected a better outcome than the one I had. Definitely to bookmark and really highly recommend the firm.
