I cannot say enough great things about Bruce Bunch. He is an exceptional malpractice attorney and truly beyond amazing. He successfully won my cases for me, and I am extremely happy with the results. The worst. A surgeon destroyed my fingers and I had to have my hand amputated. I was strung along for a year+ with very little contact from him. He postponed my arbitration date for months then made a backdoor deal with his friend on the otherside and forced me to take a low ball deal. He told me if I didn't take the deal I'd get nothing. He didn't want to pay for arbitration after he pushed it off. He would rather get a sure amount of money than be your attorney. He puts on a good show but he's a liar. Beware!!

We recently experienced the loss of our mother. So naturally it’s was a lot of emotions and chaos in our life at that time, but still something about the way she passed away didn’t sit well with us. I began to look for legal council and some how came across Bruce Bunch and Associates, and I am extremely glad I did. Bruce looked over our case and took immediate action to get the ball rolling. He let us know that our concerns were in fact valid. Every step of the process his team was very professional and kept us informed on what was going and what we needed to do. We have finally got our case successfully settled. Bruce helped us finally be able to heal. No settlement amount will ever bring our mother back, but knowing that we got justice in her name means all the difference in the world!! We thank you all from the bottoms of our hearts!

Wish I could leave negative stars. He is so ready to retire. Has no interest in really trying to win your case. Won’t invest his time or resources of the practice to fight for you. He won’t respond to calls or emails until he feels like it. Goes through staff so there is no consistency. Encouraged us to run up medical bills and continued case for two years until he finally was to pathetic to represent us. What a joke.

Careful! Bruce & his staff will turn on you very quickly... and out of No Where. Don't say you weren't warned!!

Thanks for wasting my time, money and running out the time on my ability to file. This guy is a lazy slob. The other reviews are fake or maybe clients that he likes because, he treated me and my case like it was garbage. Hope this 1 star review helps to steer good people away from this thing's "services." ...I warned you.

I had the good fortune of being represented by Bruce Bunch during a very difficult and stressful time for my family. Throughout the lengthy period between filing and settlement, I was continuously kept updated with regards to new developments related to my case. Whenever I called his office or sent an email I was responded to almost immediately and everyone in the office that I dealt with throughout the process acted in a highly professional manner. Bruce Bunch lawyer. Lazy and does not follow through. I had to keep following up with him and after stringing me along for over 8 months I was dropped. Stay away. Always has excuses and doesn’t do a thing. There are much better out there. He left me with less then 2 months to find another lawyer. He never asked to meet. Just flat out bad

Bruce Bunch the Attorney is a very bad attorney in my opinion as well as very lazy and doesn’t follow thru on what has been promised I signed a contract for representation of medical malpractice which I had other attorneys wanting to take on my case but since he was so good at convincing me that he was going to win my case and do everything to make my case happen I decided to go with him He did nothing to help me at all I was the one to get everything needed as well as was suffering I. Pain the entire time I sent emails and left messages only to have each ignored He never asked to meet me and just went about his day When I made demands he insulted me Months went by with no word and nothing done I could not seek other counsel bc I was under a contract Finally he contacted me after 6 months of doing nothing, only to tell me he was dropping my case and I should get another attorney Now only having limited time to file and finding out I need more surgery to repair the damage done by the surgeon I am left with very little time to get a good lawyer to take on my case I highly recommend staying away from this lawyer and his law firm as I am also in the process of reporting him to the State Bar of California

My husband (who is a health care attorney) and I are very grateful to Bruce and his stellar work on our behalf – we received a $2.75 million award against an individual surgeon. Bruce never lost focus, faith, or patience during the approximately 5-year period between filing and decision. Strategically, Bruce was sublime. He streamlined the actual legal proceeding – and the possibility of further delays – by having several expert witnesses testify through videotaped depositions. But, Bruce smartly had our key expert witness testify in person; Bruce felt this expert’s technical expertise and “folksy” affect would make him very credible to the neutral arbitrator. The strategy proved successful because the decision of the neutral arbitrator relied heavily on the testimony of this expert. Bruce was clearly much better prepared than defense counsel in all phases of the proceeding. Of note is the fact that Bruce prepared and submitted an almost 70-page arbitration brief – with citations to deposition testimony in support of every argument – to prime the pump for our case and increase the likelihood of a favorable decision. In sharp contrast, opposing counsel submitted a 10-page brief. My husband and I highly recommend Bruce.
