They promise you something when you go to talk to them, and then they don't give much attention to the case. They have other lawyers working with them who aren't very good; they don't care about the suffering of the families or the clients they're supposedly defending. You call them and they never answer; they just steal your money. The lawyer helping my husband works for Alexander Cross and his name is Ruben Munoz. Very bad service.

It’s the worst lawyer you could ever get he don’t get the job done he send one of his other lawyers to represent your case then Alex will tell the lawyer to leave your case he don’t got no Interest in your case get it from me from experience I hire him and left my case with high charges and he send me one of his lawyers to represent me and Alex send a message to his lawyer to leave my case worst lawyer ever

This man is a thief. He promises to help as long as he gets the full amount for the case. Once he gets his money, you never hear from him again. He doesn't even show up to the hearings; he sends a representative. You can't even contact him because he never answers; you have to make an appointment to see him, and that's a hassle. Not to mention how unprofessional and arrogant he is. A public defender does more than this man. We lost $3,900 to him. Seeking this man's help was the worst mistake. He's inexperienced. I don't recommend him, and I would advise that if you need legal help, don't even think about him because you'll just be throwing your money away. It's not fair that this man claims to want to help Latino people when they're the ones he scams.

Don't even think about hiring him... he gives you a free appointment but never shows up in court; he sends one of his henchmen to train, and you have absolutely no communication with him. The only one who suffers is the client, and the secretary answers you just to get it over with and practically hangs up on you after a rushed response.
