Very unprofessional. They canceled my appointment twice and the second time without notifying me until I came in to their office, their excuse was that it's too difficult for Carl to come in once a week for one appointment.

I was discriminated against because he thought he wasn't going to make much money off of me so Richard didn't care about me before he met with me. My appointment was set for 11:00am & he didn't even bother to see me until after 11:30am, where he refused to listen to my entire case & was insulting & rude & dismissive of everything & didn't care enough to even open his eyes while talking down to me. Within 10 minutes of talking with him it was clear he only cared about money, even made a comment about how I wasn't paying for this consultation, even though I do through my monthly premiums through work. How belittling & totally unprofessional. Do Not Go Here for advice!!! They don't care about you, just what money they can make off you!
